About the Role We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President to join our Client Relationships & Origination team. As a key member of our origination team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving deal execution. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across various industries. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Capital Stack's investment thesis. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute origination strategies. • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential deal opportunities. • Work closely with the deal team to structure, negotiate, and close deals. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field. • Strong understanding of debt capital markets, financial instruments, and regulatory environments. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
