About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate to join our Venture Capital team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in early-stage investing, a passion for identifying promising startups, and the ability to contribute to all aspects of the investment process. Responsibilities: Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through industry research, networking, and attending relevant events. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to assess industry trends, competitive landscapes, and growth potential of target companies. Due Diligence: Perform financial modeling, conduct due diligence, and analyze company financials to evaluate investment opportunities. Investment Analysis: Prepare investment memos and presentations summarizing key findings and investment recommendations. Portfolio Management: Support portfolio companies by monitoring performance, providing strategic guidance, and assisting with follow-on fundraising. Support: Provide support in all aspects of deal execution and portfolio management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, or a related field. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
