Associate - Transaction Services (m/w/d)

The Sancovia is an independently owned, expanding European M&A and Corporate Finance group with over 80 employees at ten locations. You will work on challenging transactions in an international environment with high autonomy, short decision-making paths, and direct collaboration.

We are looking for a Transaction Services Associate (m/w/d) for our team at our locations in Düsseldorf or Frankfurt am Main, to join us as soon as possible.

Aufgaben

• Active participation in Financial Due Diligence and Vendor Assistance projects
• Analysis of financial data, identification, and preparation of key financial findings and drivers
• Participation in the creation of FDD reports, Financial Factbooks, and other transaction-relevant documents
• Attendance at client meetings including pre- and post-meeting preparation

Qualifikation

• A successful economics degree (Bachelor/Master), ideally with a financial focus
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence, preferably at a renowned WP company or Corporate Finance consulting firm
• Knowledge of analyzing annual financial statements and business connections
• Excellent analytical skills and excellent handling of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• High motivation, professional appearance, and developed team and communication skills
