As part of our Learning Experience Team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of training programs that cater to the needs of our clients and partners. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of wealth management education. Key responsibilities: • Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs for WMI’s certification and diploma programmes. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging learning content that meets the needs of our clients and partners. • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation. • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including programme managers, trainers, and learners. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve our programmes. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, training, human resources). • At least 2 years of experience in training or learning and development. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
