Job description
Associate Technical Lead - WordPress
Qualification and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology with minimum. 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Should have hands-on experience in WordPress, Action and Filter concepts.
- Good exposure to WordPress Template Hierarchy
- Experience building user interfaces for websites using theme builders.
- Should be well-versed in PHP, HTML, CSS, MYSQL, Javascript, jQuery.
- To create custom themes based on requirements from HTML scratch
- Knowledge of Customization of themes & plugins
- Knowledge in custom post types, taxonomies, meta fields
- Should have a good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Should have worked on Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Should have experience in web performance optimization and caching
- Having good exposure of Team handling
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to understand the importance of customer service
- Ability to observe the team members to understand the skills and gaps and train them
