Job Summary: We are seeking an Associate Team Lead to join our team! As an Associate Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, quality assurance engineers, and technical writers. You will work closely with the Technical Lead to develop and implement project plans, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities: * Lead a team of developers, quality assurance engineers, and technical writers to deliver high-quality software solutions. * Collaborate with the Technical Lead to develop and implement project plans, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of projects. * Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. * Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution, ensuring minimal impact on the business. * Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the team. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. * 5+ years of experience in software development, quality assurance, or technical writing. * Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). * Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
