Your Tasks

• You design and develop strategic initiatives in supply chain management for scaling, increasing efficiency, and professionalizing the organization.

• Development of concepts for optimizing purchasing, logistics, and SCM processes, as well as for unlocking new value creation potentials along the supply chain.

• You drive the digital transformation in SCM forward and identify use cases for automation, advanced analytics, and AI.

• Leadership and coordination of cross-functional projects together with purchasing, logistics, fulfillment, finance, tech, and other departments.

• You analyze business-critical challenges, develop data-based solutions, and derive concrete measures with measurable business impact.

• You work closely with technology and product teams to create scalable processes, systems, and structures for the SCM organization.

Your Profile

• 1+ years of experience in an analytical or strategic, dynamic environment, e.g., strategy consulting or scale-up.

• High strategic thinking ability, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to process complex issues in a structured manner.

• Demonstrable experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic organizations.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in collaborating with executives and relevant decision-makers.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, an eye for scaling, and enjoyment of transformation and growth projects.

• Strong interest in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, as well as Technology, Digitalization, and AI.
