Associate Staff Engineer (Oracle Functional)

Requirements

• Experience : 5+ Years
• 5–6 years of experience as an Oracle CPQ Consultant (or 6–8 years total in enterprise applications).
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in BML, BMQL, and XSLT/HTML for document generation.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, pricing logic, and approval workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle CX, or SAP.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration fundamentals.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, modify, and troubleshoot BML scripts, BMQL queries, and document templates (XSL/HTML) within Oracle CPQ.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT by validating configurations and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with integration teams to ensure accurate data flow between CPQ and CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce or Oracle Fusion.
• Maintain detailed configuration logs, technical documentation, and user guides.
• Participate in client discussions, including requirement gathering sessions, solution walkthroughs, and training workshops.
• Support senior consultants and cross-functional teams in the enhancement and rollout of CPQ solutions.
