Associate SOC Analyst (Endpoint Protection)

Responsibilities · Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance of the Cyber Security service in a 24/7 staffed Operations · Ensure all incident escalation are properly tracked, escalated and with proper closure · Implement configuration changes and process requests from clients · Manage and maintain the security policies for the service · Manage device tuning and patching · Assist in troubleshooting if required · Monitor the infrastructure’s health and service’s availability · Resolve any issues that may arise · Provide support to other teams as needed · Participate in training and development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends · Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of services · Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations · Maintain accurate records and reports of all incidents and activities · Perform any other duties as assigned by management · Assist in the development of new processes and procedures for the service · Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the service
