Associate - Senior IAM Specialist

Deutsche Börse Group is looking for an Associate - Senior IAM Specialist who will be responsible for the following tasks: - Designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to ensure secure access to company resources. - Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IAM requirements. - Developing and maintaining documentation of IAM processes and procedures. - Providing training and support to users on IAM system usage. - Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in IAM systems. - Implementing and enforcing IAM policies, standards, and best practices. - Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in IAM technology and industry best practices. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. - At least 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. - Strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and technologies. - Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as Okta, Azure Active Directory, Google Cloud Identity and Access Management, etc. - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, etc. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
