Associate / Senior Associate - Transaction Services

We work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives. Our services include: • Transaction advisory services: providing strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and other corporate finance transactions; • Restructuring and turnaround services: helping companies to restructure or turn around their operations; • Due diligence services: conducting thorough investigations of a company’s financial and operational status; • Valuation services: providing independent valuations of businesses, assets, or securities. We are seeking an Associate / Senior Associate to join our team who has experience in transaction advisory services, restructuring and turnaround services, due diligence services, valuation services, and/or corporate finance transactions.
