Associate / Senior Associate, Merchant Solution

What you’ll be doing:

1. Be an expert in the suite of merchant solutions Shopline offers, and be able to identify which solutions solve the merchant’s needs
2. Build and maintain the local merchant solutions ecosystem in Singapore. Identify, assess and commercialise new partnership opportunities for growth
3. Maintaining relationships with existing partners to drive solutions revenue targets or set KPIs with our partners.
4. Monitor the execution of merchant solutions to ensure solution partners are meeting all performance related metrics (e.g. customer satisfaction, service level, handling time).
5. Own the overall relationship with an assigned group of merchants which includes ensuring smooth project management and delivery, increasing adoption, pursuing cross & up-sell opportunities, ensuring retention and overall customer satisfaction through managed solutions
6. Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and update multiple merchants’ projects.
7. Collaborate with web design, marketing, developer partner and internal stakeholders for website design, marketing, site optimisations and store management projects.
8. Assist with the day-to-day coordination of merchants’ website activities, i.e. product uploads, reporting, organising stock transfers, stock alerts, etc.
9. Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives per business needs

Who we are looking for:

1. 2-3 years’ of working experience / mid-career transition candidates are also encouraged to apply.
2. Feel comfortable with account and project management
3. Well-spoken, organised, analytical, meticulous and driven
4. Strong project management skills – ability to identify critical paths, engage, motivate key stakeholders, teams and hold everyone accountable for commitment
5. Process oriented mindset, very organised, and strong attention to detail
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy working environment
7. Ecommerce, Social Commerce, Digital Marketing and/or Retail experience strongly preferred
