Associate / Senior Associate Investment Funds

LHH Per primario Studio Legale with headquarters in Milan, we are looking for two figures to be inserted within the department of Investment Funds: - Associate (0/2 PQE) - Senior Associate (3/5 PQE). Responsibilities The sought-after figure will have gained experience in assisting private equity, venture capital and/or real estate investment funds within specialized departments in this area of activity. The resource will be inserted within the Investment Funds team and will have opportunities to follow a wide client base (national and international) on matters related to investment funds and financial services, with a specific focus on structuring, setting up and managing funds and alternative investment schemes in various asset classes (private equity, venture capital, private debt, real estate), as well as structuring M&A operations and extraordinary finance and secondary market operations and co-investments.
