Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate - Corporate Tax
Location: Adelaide
Salary: Circa $80,000 - $100,000 package (including super)
About the Role
We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join a high-performing Corporate Tax team in Adelaide. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, people-focused environment with strong Partner involvement, clear career progression, and meaningful client exposure from day one.
You will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of corporate tax matters while being supported through ongoing mentoring, regular technical training, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review company and trust tax returns
- Assist with corporate and international tax advisory matters
- Support M&A transactions, including tax structuring and due diligence
- Assist with ATO reviews, audits, governance matters, and rulings
- Research technical tax issues and prepare tax reports
- Support business development activities and proposals
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, Law, or similar
- CA qualified or working towards CA
- Experience in corporate tax within professional services
- Strong understanding of Australian taxation and tax-effect accounting
- Analytical, commercially minded, and client-focused
- Experience mentoring junior staff
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality client service
