Associate Scientist (m/w/d) Proteinanalytik / Antikörper Pharma in Ludwigshafen am Rhein (1689)

Your career in pharmaceutical analytics.

You will work with BRÜGGEN ENGINEERING in quantitative analysis of proteins and antibody determination in a regulated environment. You will support clinical and toxicokinetic studies and contribute to the quality assurance of modern biopharmaceutical products.

Tasks

• Analytics: You plan and perform bioanalytical analyses in the field of protein analytics and antibody determination
• Development: You develop and expand existing assays, particularly ligand-binding assays
• Evaluation: You evaluate new technologies such as ddPCR and integrate them into existing processes
• Troubleshooting: You analyze results, identify error sources, and develop ligand-binding assays
• Labor organization: You coordinate laboratory workflows including equipment and capacity planning
• Dokumentation: You create and maintain a GLP- or guideline-compliant documentation (SOPs, test plans, and reports)

Qualification

• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or equivalent
• Experience: First practical experience in protein analytics and/or bioanalytical methods and in the field of GLP, GCP
• Fachwissen: Knowledge of ligand-binding assays or immunological procedures is advantageous
• Technologies: Experience with laboratory automation and/or liquid-handling systems (e.g. Hamilton, Tecan) is desirable
• Systems: Knowledge of LIMS, ELN, or similar laboratory IT systems is advantageous
• Work style: Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented approach
• Languages: Good German and English language skills
