We are TJC Partners AG, founded at the beginning of 2025 by two partners. No external capital, no investors. What we have is a clear vision of what we want to build and proof that it works. Our clients include both large international consulting firms and specialized mid-sized companies and spin-off boutiques. Our clients work with us in the context of mergers, new office openings, team changes, and partner referrals.

A year and a half later, we have grown by 500%, fully bootstrapped, profitable from the start, and count among the fastest-growing executive and C-Suite recruitment agencies in the DACH region. Our focus is today on talent placement in the Legal, Tax, and Audit market and exactly there we want to take a leading position in the next few years. Transactional and succession consulting will continue to grow alongside, with the long-term goal of becoming one of the leading recruitment and consulting firms in Europe. The next step lies in our office opening and further team building in Munich.

This is the plan, and we are looking for people who want to build it with us.

You'll learn the trade from scratch. From the first client inquiry over candidate search and direct approach to strategic market coverage and your first closing. No backoffice phase, no waiting room. You're involved from day one, will quickly take on responsibility, and learn a market that has as much substance as few others in the professional services sector.
