Description

As an Associate Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment consultants to achieve outstanding results for both clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and engaging high-quality candidates in alignment with client briefs and business objectives. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will help maintain a robust talent pipeline across key sectors. This position requires a proactive approach to candidate management and collaboration with recruitment consultants to ensure seamless interview coordination and candidate availability. You will also contribute to ad hoc projects such as market mapping and competitor analysis, representing the company brand professionally in all interactions.

What you'll do:

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, database, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Write and post engaging job advertisements to attract top talent
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability against role requirements
• Build and maintain talent pools in line with active and forecasted hiring needs
• Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive experience

Profile

• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset are required
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred
• Resourcefulness and initiative are crucial for effective candidate management
• Adaptability and resilience are necessary in a fast-paced environment
