Associate Project Manager – Product & Project Delivery (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Support in project monitoring and documentation of software delivery projects in the fields of media, IT, and entertainment.
• Observation of temporal, cost-related, and qualitative project goals.
• Project communication with customers, product teams, and other project participants.
• Organizational processing in collaboration with sales, product development & project team.
• Coordination of project teams and external personnel.
• Creation, updating, publication, and filing of relevant project documents.

Your Profile

• Completed technical/business studies or training (e.g.: business informatics, media informatics, IT system management).
• Initial professional experience in project management and initial project management certifications (GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS) are advantageous.
• Structured, communicative personality with a developed understanding ability.
• Fluent English skills and very good German skills in writing and speaking.
• Safe handling of all common MS Office applications.
• Knowledge about topics such as cloud-based infrastructure solutions (e.g.: AWS), system integration, software solutions in the media sector (e.g.: playout) is desirable.
