Associate, Project Coordinator (Marine/Oil &Gas)

Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination and execution of fire protection projects in the marine and oil & gas industries. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations. Prepare project documentation, including proposals, schedules, and progress reports. Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation. Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Manage project changes and resolve any issues that may arise during the execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Provide support to the project management team as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary. Maintain accurate records and reports of project activities, including project status, budget, and resource allocation. Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
