Associate Product Manager

Hiring: Associate Product Manager – LMS (Loan Management System) Mumbai We’re partnering with a leading Fintech player to hire a sharp Associate Product Manager to drive their Loan Management System (LMS) forward. If you’re a problem-solver who loves bridging business, ops, and tech — and you’re excited to use AI tools (Gemini, GitHub Copilot, NotebookLM, etc.) to accelerate delivery and decision-making — this is your opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Scope, prioritize, and track CRs with stakeholders. Define product features, and write detailed product specifications. Create wireframes and user stories. Ensure products meet the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Be the voice of the customer and gather and analyze user feedback. Track product performance and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch new features. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2+ years of experience in product management or a related role. Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience with LMS (Loan Management Systems) is a plus. Experience with AI tools like Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and NotebookLM is a plus.
