Associate Private Equity Investment Team

Following the successful fundraising of its second Private Equity flagship fund (Nextalia Private Equity 2), the Private Equity Investment Team is seeking an Associate with the following profile.

Associate Private Equity Investment Team

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial data and market developments relevant to the Firm’s investment activity;
• Conduct research and mapping of target industries for origination purposes;
• Perform valuation analyses of prospective investment opportunities (LBO, trading and transaction comparables, DCF);
• Develop quantitative models to assess the economic and financial performance of target companies;
• Prepare written analyses and investment memoranda to support Investment Committee decision-making;
• Monitor portfolio companies and assess exit opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2 full-year cycles in Investment Banking / Private Equity, with demonstrated leadership in due diligence processes and direct involvement in closed transactions;
• Strong financial modelling skills, with prior independent experience managing complex models;
• Experience across the full spectrum of private equity deal types;
• Fluent to native-level Italian and English, written and spoken;
• Leadership potential and team orientation within a lean office structure;
• High standards of professionalism and integrity.

Compensation: 80.000,00 - 100.000,00 € gross per annum, plus bonus and carried interest, depending on seniority and tenure with the Firm.
