Associate Principal Account Solution Architect

Job Summary The Red Hat Sales team is looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join us in Auckland, New Zealand. In this role, you will be responsible for the experience our telco customers have with Red Hat while creating possibilities, solving problems, and establishing working relationships. You'll discover and analyze the business and technical needs of our telco customers and collaborate between Sales and Technical Delivery teams to help our customers invest wisely in the best possible solutions that meet their unique needs. This role will involve developing deep understanding of customer's business goals, identifying opportunities for Red Hat products and services, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. You'll also be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and other influencers. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide strategic guidance on how our customers can leverage Red Hat's open source technologies to drive business outcomes.
