Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Associate - Operations & Client Relations. The role bridges operations and client-facing responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and services. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular updates, reporting, and proactive communication. • Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns to senior management in a timely manner. • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any operational or logistical challenges that may arise. • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in financial services, products, and regulations. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business Administration, etc.). • 1-2 years of experience in operations, client relations, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with financial services industry and regulatory requirements is an asset.
