To ensure timely and accurate responses according to specified indicators, to client or commercial team inquiries with a clear understanding of the impact of their function.
Responsibilities
- Analyze received inquiries.
- Manage doubts with data ops and DA teams.
- Socialize responses with commercial teams, including leaders.
- Be the point of contact for commercial-related questions about initial inquiries.
- Operate according to established SOPs.
- Ensure an integrated response to clients.
- FOLLOW established training.
