Summary: This team is involved in handling day-to-day sales support activities to enable and facilitate sales processes. Responsibilities: * Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently. * Coordinate with internal teams, such as logistics and warehouse, to ensure timely delivery of products. * Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues. * Assist in maintaining accurate sales records and reports. * Support the sales team in administrative tasks. * Prepare quotations and proposals for customers. * Track and follow up on sales leads and opportunities. * Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets. * Handle the documentation work in the sales process. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in any stream. * Proven experience in sales support or customer service. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy.
