Associate Medical Project Manager for Online Continuing Education

Then you're exactly right with us! To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Associate Medical Project Manager for the German-speaking medical market, starting immediately. In this role, you will independently lead the creation of online medical CME continuing education courses. You will connect the teams from editorial, video production, design, marketing, and external cooperation partners. Thanks to your medical perspective, AMBOSS will continue to be from medical professionals for medical professionals!

What your role will be

• The focus is on project management for the creation of online continuing education courses and courses of all specialties for doctors in German-speaking countries

• Participation in the selection of suitable continuing education topics and formats

• Conceptualization and didactic preparation of the specialized content to be taught

• You will be the main point of contact for your assigned course – from the start of the project to publication

• Intensive communication and exchange with collaborating teams within AMBOSS, as well as with external cooperation partners

What you bring

• Organized, well-structured, and pragmatic way of working

• Completed human medicine studies

• Native-level German, very good English skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Plus: Experience in project management, work experience in a business environment, studies in economics or business administration

Plus: Clinical experience of at least 1–3 years
