We are looking for an Associate Manager, Statistical Programming to join our team! This is a remote position within the United Kingdom. **Responsibilities** * Lead and manage statistical programmers, including resource allocation, performance management, training, and mentoring. * Oversee the development, validation, and maintenance of SAS programs for clinical trial data analysis, reporting, and regulatory submissions. * Ensure adherence to CDISC standards, company SOPs, and regulatory guidelines. * Collaborate with statisticians, clinical project managers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables. * Participate in the development and review of study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and other study-related documents. * Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on statistical programming best practices. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new statistical programming techniques. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of statistical programming processes and workflows. **Requirements** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or a related field. * Significant experience in statistical programming within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry. * Strong SAS programming skills, including experience with Base SAS, SAS/STAT, SAS/GRAPH, and SAS Macro. * In-depth knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM). * Experience with regulatory submissions (e.g., NDA, BLA) and understanding of regulatory requirements. * Experience in managing and leading a team of statistical programmers. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Benefits** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. * Remote work environment. * Collaborative and supportive work culture. * Be a part of a Great Place to Work certified organization.
