Funding Societies | Modalku provides business financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which is funded by individual and institutional investors, as well as payments solutions to SMEs and consumers Here we are looking for an Associate Manager, Performance & Rewards who will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management systems, designing and delivering rewards programs that drive employee engagement and retention, and analyzing data to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in HR or a related field. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The Associate Manager, Performance & Rewards will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: • Developing and implementing performance management systems that align with company goals and objectives; • Designing and delivering rewards programs that drive employee engagement and retention; • Analyzing data to inform business decisions and optimize HR processes; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives; • Providing guidance and support to employees on performance management and rewards; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and performance management.
