Associate Manager - Legal Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a broad range of legal and compliance matters, ensuring legal risks are mitigated while supporting business growth and operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contract Drafting, Negotiation, and Review: Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements, including SaaS agreements, reseller agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and other commercial contracts; 2. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating legal risks to support business operations; 3. Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on complex legal issues, providing recommendations to stakeholders; 4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure effective communication of legal requirements and implications; 5. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent; 3+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role; Strong understanding of commercial contracts, intellectual property law, and compliance regulations; Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
