Job Summary: We are seeking an Associate Manager - Demand Planning who will be responsible for leading the demand planning function within the Supply Chain department. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective demand planning strategies that drive business growth and profitability. This is a key role in our organization and we are looking for someone with strong analytical, communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective demand planning strategies to ensure the right products are available at the right time to meet customer needs. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and profitability. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to develop and implement business plans that drive revenue and profitability. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers and internal partners. * Identify and mitigate risks associated with demand planning and supply chain operations. * Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on demand planning performance and trends. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. * At least 5 years of experience in demand planning or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. * Proven track record of developing and implementing effective demand planning strategies that drive business growth and profitability. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
