As an Associate Manager – Competitive Intelligence Pharma, you will be responsible for: • Developing and maintaining competitive intelligence reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to clients; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them; • Conducting market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition and inform client solutions; • Providing thought leadership and expertise to clients through presentations, workshops, and other engagement formats; • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business results; • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to continuously improve our competitive intelligence offerings. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or related field); • 3+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets; • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals; • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and experience working with large datasets; • Certification in competitive intelligence or market research is a plus.
