Associate Lead Implementation Consultant

We are looking for GWFM Associate Implementation Consultant to complete our team in Bucharest.

The GWFM Associate Implementation Consultant is an integral part of our Agile team, supporting the implementation of our solutions for multi-national clients within the Global View Business Unit.

You’ll leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines, along with your always-growing expertise, to implement multi-national clients onto Workforce Manager, leading Global Workforce Solution.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Implement the client’s solution using ADP’s Implementation Methodology and the ADP GWFM products.
• Be the main point of contact for anything Integration related, for the client and for ADP project teams.
• Design and document the client's solution including business requirements, interface specifications and any other specifications required according to ADP's methodology and project scope.
• Take ownership of issues & gaps between client requirement and ADP GWFM and work with other teams/streams/areas to resolve them.
• Liaise with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping and conversion phase and provide any assistance required including reconciliation.
• Liaise with the ADP Project Manager assigned to the project and Line Manager, providing regular status updates and early warning of any slippage / problems that may occur.
• Liaise with internal groups including GTS, Hosting, Client Services, Project Management and Product Management to ensure that clients receive the highest levels of client service.
• Perform Quality Assurance reviews on blueprints and configuration of the client’s system.

What are the requirements to participate?

• Very good mastery of English, both written and spoken (C1 level).
• Very Good mastery of one or more of the following EU languages: German B2-C1, French B2-C1, Italian C1, Spanish C1.
• Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio to effectively update and maintain documentation / training / demonstrations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills, ability to work across various projects.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills – work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities, or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships and implications
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly, lead and work on multiple projects simultaneously, and be results oriented.
