As an Associate within our Investment Group Office, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments that align with our decarbonisation goals. Your responsibilities will include: • Conducting market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities that meet our criteria; • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop investment theses and financial models; • Engaging with portfolio companies to provide strategic guidance and support; • Monitoring and reporting on portfolio performance to ensure alignment with our decarbonisation goals. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; • 1-2 years of experience in investment analysis, private equity, or venture capital; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree or CFA charterholder; • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; • Knowledge of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations in investment decisions; • Familiarity with financial modeling tools such as Excel, Python, or R.
