Role Description The Associate, Fund Management position is based in Singapore and is suited to a driven professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the Fund Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the funds; * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects; * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, tenants, and partners; * Conduct market research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities; * Assist in the preparation of financial reports and other materials for investors and stakeholders; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies; * Perform other duties as assigned by the Fund Manager. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field; * 2-3 years of experience in private equity, real estate, or a related industry; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
