Associate Head of Cleaning

Subordinate: Head of Cleaning

The Associate Head of Cleaning ensures the operational coordination at a national level for cleaning services, supporting the Head of Cleaning in strategic planning, process standardization, performance control, and cost optimization.

This role represents the second hierarchical level within the cleaning division and acts as a substitute for the Head of Cleaning in their absence.

Main Responsibilities

1. Operational Coordination

•   Supervises the delivery of cleaning services at all allocated locations

•   Coordinates regional managers, supervisors, and field teams

•   Ensures mobilization of new contracts and operational stabilization

•   Intervenes in critical situations and manages operational escalations

2. Performance Management and KPI

•    Defines and monitors performance indicators:

•    audit scores for quality

•    SLA compliance rates

•    personal productivity rates

•    cost per square meter

•    Implements plans to improve performance

•    Standardizes work procedures and operational flows

3. Quality Control and Conformity

•   Coordinates the national audit program

•   Ensures implementation of checklists and standard procedures

•   Monitors compliance with SSM norms and correct use of chemicals

•   Verifies equipment usage and maintenance for cleaning services

4. Financial Management and Cost Optimization

•    Sustains the development of operational budgets

•    Monitors material consumption and optimizes costs

•    Presents solutions for resource efficiency and productivity growth

5. Client Relations

•   Participates in operational meetings with key clients

•   Gestures complaints and ensures remediation plans

•   Sustains the commercial team in offering and technical solutions

6. Innovation and Digitalization

•   Implements robotic cleaning solutions and new technologies

•   Develops digital reporting and monitoring systems

•   Coordinates training programs and standardization at the national level
