Your Position

• Support in analyzing and optimizing operational workflows: You help build dashboards, reporting structures, and KPI tracking
• Participation in introducing new processes and tools: Preparation, testing, and implementation accompany and document
• Operative initiatives implement: You support in clearly defined projects from conception to measurement of success
• Hands-on testing in operational daily life at locations, gather feedback, and improve processes
• Close coordination with stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Product, Finance) to ensure smooth operations

Your Profile

• 1–4 years of experience in an operational environment (e.g. consulting firm, startup or scale-up)
• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a comparable field
• Proactive hands-on mentality and genuine interest in understanding and continuously improving operational processes
• Experience with BI- and analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar), ability to evaluate KPIs, interpret dashboards, and derive data-based recommendations
• Strong analytical and communicative skills, particularly in preparing information in Excel and PowerPoint
• Readiness for travel to get to know locations, analyze processes on-site, and support teams
