Your new role We are partnering with a leading US multinational to appoint an Associate General Counsel to support its fast-growing APAC business. This is a high-impact leadership role within the legal function, offering the opportunity to shape regional strategy while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across multiple functions. Key responsibilities: Provide legal counsel and support to the APAC business, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and compliance matters; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement regional strategies; Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, customers, and partners; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
