Associate General Counsel - Legal Contracts

Our team of over 350 Enfiniters comprises seasoned professionals with deep expertise across all aspects of the renewable energy sector, including development, project finance, construction, operations, asset management, and commercialization. Our global team is expanding rapidly. We are looking for an Associate General Counsel, Legal Contracts to join our growing legal team in our Miami, FL headquarters. Responsibilities: * Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) agreements, power purchase agreements (PPAs), operation and maintenance (O&M) agreements, supply agreements, equipment purchase agreements, real estate leases and easements, confidentiality agreements, and other contracts related to the development, construction, operation, and financing of renewable energy projects. * Provide legal support to various internal stakeholders, including development, construction, asset management, and finance teams. * Manage contract lifecycle, including tracking, filing, and organization of contracts. * Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial contracts. * Conduct legal research and analysis. * Assist with other legal matters as needed. Qualifications: * Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. * Admission to the bar in good standing in at least one U.S. state. * 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial contract law, preferably with experience in the renewable energy industry. * Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail. * Experience with international contracts a plus.
