Job description
- Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Participate with different teams for dependency and follow up with them in order to resolve the problem.
- Provide support to customer’s issues and ensure proper updates and closure of all issues.
- Utilize all company tools to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to meet the organization’s contractual commitments.
- Develop, compile and test code. Submit source code and XUnit test results for review and approval by team lead.
