Associate - Front End Construction

This is a truly international firm that's Partners are rapidly growing the Australian team. This is due to exceeding the current budget and also securing a strong pipeline of ongoing long term, complex projects in Construction, Energy and Infrastructure. .

This is a truly unique role in Australia due to the size and scope of the clients and projects that you will be actively working on in addition to the combination of both advising on existing, ongoing projects and being part of a team managing large formal arbitration, court, mediation and adjudication.

This opportunity allows you to develop your advisory skills and maintain your dispute resolution experience.

The firm has attracted a high calibre of senior lawyers and Partners who have recently joined the team but the firm maintains a fairly flat structure. For you, this means collaboration with your peers as well as access and transparency to the Partners of the firm. This will allow you to build your skills and experience through direct training, formal learning and osmosis.

The team also boasts a friendly and fun work environment, the work is taken seriously as well as maintaining a healthy and stress-light environment.

You will need:
At least 4 years of experience in construction/infrastructure or projects.
A solid matters list and client portfolio.
To not take yourself too seriously on a personal level but enjoy producing great results.

They will also offer sponsorship to lawyers qualified outside of Australia and New Zealand and will fund requalification.
