Associate (Freelancer) Ownership & Transaction Associate

We are building a new standard for corporate succession, ownership, and participations.

We are not a classical consulting firm and no traditional employer.

This role is aimed at independent freelancers, who want to work entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and steer their own success.

No fixed salary, no hierarchy – but betterment through real deal participation.

Tasks

• Analyse and evaluation of companies in the context of succession, participation, and growth
• Operative involvement in scans, scores, and structuring projects
• Preliminary preparation of decision-making bases for entrepreneurs and investors
• Structuring of data, information, and ownership logics
• Closely working with principals on real transactions
• Responsibility for quality, precision, and reliability of results

Qualification

• Entrepreneurial mindset – you work independently and result-oriented
• Strong analytical thinking and clean working method
• Economic background (practice or study)
• Readiness to take responsibility instead of just doing tasks
• M&A-, finance- or consulting proximity is advantageous, but not a must
• Self-employment / freelancer status or willingness to do so
