Associate Founder - D2C E-Commerce Performance Marketing (m/f/d)

For our patented technology and world novelty YOUCISION®, we are looking for a Cofounder „Performance Marketer“ who will build and scale our D2C channel together with us – with long-term secured equity shares and real entrepreneurial responsibility.

Tasks

Your focus: E-Commerce, Meta Ads & Creative Building.

You will develop, test, and scale our paid social campaigns and build a functioning creative system together with us. From new hooks and ad concepts through testing to the evaluation of the most important performance KPIs, you will be hands-on.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Experience in D2C Performance Marketing
• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (scaling, A/B testing, budget allocation)
• Strong feel for creatives, hooks, video formats, and consumer psychology
• Data-driven working method (confident handling of KPIs, funnel analyses, and e-commerce metrics)
• Hands-on mentality and desire to implement yourself
• Entrepreneurial thinking: You want to shape, not just work through ticketsyou bring:
• Demonstrable track record in Growth/Performance Marketing (D2C/Consumer).
• Deep data and funnel competence paired with an uncompromising hands-on mentality.
• The desire for real „Skin in the Game“ (equity/VSOP-based instead of classic job thinking).

• Real co-creation: You will join as an Associate Founder and shape the entire D2C growth strategy.
• Compensation model: As we are currently in the 2nd financing round, we will start in Phase 1 with a VSOP package (secured company shares). After the closing of the financing round, your role will transition to a hybrid model of fixed salary + shares.
