Associate Flutter Developer

Role and Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
  
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
  
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile apps.
  
• Optimize application performance across Android and iOS platforms.
  
• Ensure mobile applications meet design and performance standards.
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile functionality and performance.
  
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases and mobile development trends.
  
• Ability to work with and contribute to open-source libraries, ensuring compliance with licenses and customizing them when required.
  
• comfortable in evaluating, integrating, and adapting open-source software solutions for faster and efficient delivery.
  
• Flexible in learning and switching to new tools, frameworks, and libraries based on project needs.
  
• Having prior experience or idea of working with open-source projects is considered a great advantage.
  

Experience

1 to 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on Flutter and cross-platform mobile technologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language.
  
• Experience with State Management tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or MobX.
  
• Familiarity with Android Studio and Xcode for platform-specific builds.
  
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
  
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and responsive layouts.
  
• Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, and App Store/Play Store deployment.
  
• Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
  
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
