Associate Director, Warehouse & Logistics

Key Responsibilities Strategic & Departmental Leadership Overseeing logistics, setting departmental goals, objectives, and resourcing plan Develop and implement strategic logistics initiatives aligned with Group’s business objectives Lead the planning and execution of logistics strategies for new account setups - developing operational flows, coordinating with Sales, Business Development, and IT for required system integrations or enhancements Manage P&L performance, ensuring margins and expenses are within budgetary targets Monitor and control inventory levels, optimizing storage capacity and minimizing stockouts Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed Collaborate with other departments to drive business results and improve overall efficiency Analyze data and metrics to inform logistics decisions and optimize operations Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
