Associate Director Transaction Services

As Associate Director, you are part of an international and diverse team where collaboration, development, and work pleasure stand central. You work on challenging deals for leading clients and have direct impact on strategic decisions.

You are responsible for coordinating due diligence projects, managing project teams, and monitoring quality and deadlines. Additionally, you play an active role in business development: you identify commercial opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our service delivery.

Your workplace is Amstelveen, but depending on the project, you will also be regularly found at the client's location. In this role, we expect that you can guide multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of quality or team dynamics.
