Job description
Westbridge Group | What drives us
Buildings today need to perform more than ever before: become more efficient, conserve resources, and at the same time be operated economically. This requires transparency, measurable data, and intelligent solutions.
As one of the leading energy and sustainability consultants for the real estate industry in Europe, we actively drive this change. We support our clients in making buildings and portfolios future-proof – from the initial strategic idea through technical planning to successful implementation.
To continue on this path and shape the energy supply of tomorrow together with our clients, we are looking for an Associate Director Sustainability Sales (m/f/d) for our team at the Hamburg or Frankfurt locations at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks
In your role, you will take responsibility and work with your team on solutions for complex challenges. Your tasks include, among others:
- You will be responsible for the strategic acquisition and development of clients for our sustainability solutions within the real estate industry.
- You will independently identify new business opportunities and use your existing network to attract relevant decision-makers for Westbridge.
- You will represent Westbridge at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, positioning us as a leading partner for sustainability in the real estate industry.
- You will analyze the strategic challenges of our clients and develop individual solution approaches together with our sustainability experts.
- You will manage complex sales processes from initial contact, through presentation and offer preparation, to negotiation and successful contract conclusion.
- You will strategically develop existing customer relationships, manage your sales pipeline, and make a measurable contribution to our growth and revenue targets.
What you bring
Technical competence, strong communication skills, and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics are just as important to us as your enjoyment of collaboration and developing good solutions together. We place particular importance on:
- A completed university degree or equivalent qualification – ideally with a focus on real estate, business administration, sustainability, or a related field.
- At least six years of relevant professional experience in the real estate industry, sustainability consulting, or in the sales of complex consulting and services.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate sustainability, for example in the areas of ESG, decarbonization, energy efficiency, or sustainable real estate management.
- A robust network of relevant decision-makers within the real estate industry, as well as demonstrable success in acquiring new clients.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, as well as a confident demeanor at management and decision-maker level.
- An independent, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented work style, as well as very good German and English language skills.
How we work
You will take on responsibility and can actively contribute. Together with colleagues from various specialist areas, you will develop solutions for complex challenges and have the opportunity for professional and personal development.
To make this possible, we offer you the appropriate framework conditions: an unlimited employment contract, 30 days of vacation, days off on Christmas and New Year's Eve, company pension scheme, as well as benefits such as the Deutschlandticket, Edenred City or Urban Sports Club, company bike leasing, and other extras.
Your next step
We look forward to getting to know you and discussing with you what your next career step should look like – and whether we are the right partner for it.
