Associate Director - Quantity Surveying

Overview Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an experienced Associate Director – Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established construction consultancy based in Bristol. This senior role offers the opportunity to take a lead position within the business, overseeing the delivery of high-profile cost management projects across a range of sectors, whilst also supporting business development and mentoring junior colleagues. Client My client is a respected construction consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. The successful candidate will be a highly experienced and skilled Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of delivering complex cost management projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction law and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role will involve: • Leading and managing a team of Quantity Surveyors to deliver high-profile cost management projects • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Providing expert advice and guidance on cost management and construction law • Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge • Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities for the business. The successful candidate will be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in construction cost management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, and will be a member of a professional body such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
