What you will accomplish:

As an Associate Director Performance Marketing (Mensch), you will combine strategic performance marketing know-how with client consulting and team leadership. Together with your team, you will develop cross-channel solutions, manage demanding projects, and ensure that data, insights, and ideas translate into effective performance strategies.

• Strategy: You will further develop performance marketing strategies, derive concrete recommendations for action, and advise clients on strategic and operational issues.
• Client Management: You will be the central point of contact for your clients, confidently present recommendations, and continuously develop the collaboration with them.
• Team Leadership: You will lead and coach your team, provide direction in daily work, and support your employees in their professional and personal development.
• Project Management: You will manage complex projects and campaigns, coordinate different expert teams, and ensure structured and high-quality execution.
• Performance: You will keep an eye on relevant KPIs and business goals, identify optimization potentials, and, together with your team, ensure continuous performance improvement.
• New Business: You will support pitches and new business projects, contribute to the development of cases and presentations, and bring your performance expertise to the development of compelling solutions.
• Innovation: You will observe market trends and new developments in performance marketing and contribute relevant impulses to client projects and collaboration with internal teams.

What sets you apart:

• Media Expertise: You have several years of experience in performance, digital, or media environments and have already independently managed demanding clients or projects.
• Strategic Understanding: You understand the interplay of different performance channels, can interpret data and KPIs, and derive well-founded recommendations from them.
• Leadership Competence: You have already mentored colleagues, whether professionally or disciplinarily, taken responsibility within a team, or are looking to take the next step towards team leadership.
• Customer Orientation: You are comfortable with consulting, can explain complex topics clearly, and present yourself confidently.
• Organizational Talent: You can keep track of multiple projects and stakeholders, set priorities, and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• Team Spirit: You enjoy working with different departments and expert teams and see yourself as a connecting interface.
• Language Skills: You possess fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
