Are you a confident BAS Senior Manager or Associate Director ready to step into a leadership role with impact? My client is a highly regarded Auckland firm, and they are looking for an ambitious and relationship-focused professional to join their collaborative leadership team.

This is a pivotal position where you’ll work closely with Partners, lead a team of talented accountants, and play a key role in delivering high-value advisory services to an impressive client base. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and review complex BAS engagements across a diverse client portfolio
  • Manage and mentor a team of accountants, supporting growth and development
  • Deliver strategic advisory services, including tax planning, structuring, and business improvement
  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships, offering proactive and commercial insights
  • Contribute to business strategy, internal process improvements, and firm-wide initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
  • 7+ years’ BAS experience within New Zealand public practice
  • CA qualified with proven leadership and client management skills
  • Experience managing and developing accounting teams
  • Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills
  • A forward-thinking mindset and ability to build lasting relationships
