Role Overview As Associate Director of Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of project activities. • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Role Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. • At least 8 years of experience in project management or development, preferably in the real estate sector. • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp is an asset.
